| About | Balbriggan is a 160 acre parkland 18 Hole golf course with excellent clubhouse and bar facilities.The course is ranked in Irelands top 100 courses and is only 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. The course is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year being founded in 1945 by G.L. Gerry McGowan. Balbriggan Golf Club has undergone major redevelopment in recent years which has seen the course redesigned by Eddie Connaughton with USGA standard sand based greens and tee boxes. Facilities include, a putting green, chipping and practice area. Resident PGA Nigel Howley and his team offer coaching and an excellent golf shop. Balbriggan has enjoyed a well -earned reputation for social life and craic a very warm welcome to visitors. |
